Welcome to The Boundless Bean! We are a mission-driven small business based in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. We love great coffee, getting creative in the kitchen, empowering our employees, and serving our community.

At the heart of The Boundless Bean is a commitment to providing fun, motivating, and meaningful employment to individuals of all abilities. We reserve a minimum of 25% of our shifts for individuals with differing abilities who benefit from a flexible and supportive work environment. Our focus is on strengths, passions, skill-building, and a whole lot of teamwork. We truly love what we do and consider it a privilege to serve our community in such a meaningful way.

Alongside a wide variety of hot and iced beverages, we offer baked goods, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, specialty toasts, and lunch options. Our pastries, cookies, and desserts are baked fresh every morning by our dedicated team of early birds.

While we began as a simple coffee shop, we quickly grew into a small micro-bakery, following the lead of our customers. We’re so glad we did! Morning lattes pair perfectly with a freshly baked scone, and our younger crowd loves stopping in after school for a classic lemonade and a chocolate chip cookie.

Our Bridgewater location offers free Wi-Fi, indoor seating, and an outdoor patio for the warmer months. A second location in East Bridgewater just opened May 2026, featuring a more health-conscious menu, plenty of parking, and the same commitment to inclusion and quality service.

As we’ve continued to grow and create more employment opportunities for individuals who benefit from accommodating work environments, we’ve expanded into mobile catering services. Our coffee trailer, The Bitsy Bean, and our mobile Coffee Cart travel throughout Massachusetts serving delicious espresso beverages while sharing our message of workplace inclusion.
